Android's Play Protect warns before installing apps from outside the Play Store — that's expected for a remote-access agent. If you see "App blocked to protect your device," follow these steps:
Open the Play Store → tap your profile picture → Play Protect → the gear (settings) icon.
Turn off "Scan apps with Play Protect," then open RDesk.apk again from your downloads and tap Install.
Once installed, turn "Scan apps with Play Protect" back on. Open RDesk, tap Start Agent and allow screen recording — screen viewing works right away, nothing else needed.
To also control touch & keyboard, tap Enable next to Remote Control (Input) and turn on the accessibility service. If Android shows "Restricted setting," open App info → ⋮ → Allow restricted settings, then try again.
