Your browser may warn that the file “isn't commonly downloaded.” That's expected for new software — click the ⌃ next to “Discard” and choose Keep to save it.

Installing the Android app: Android may show “App blocked to protect your device” (Google Play Protect) — expected for a remote-access agent. To install: open Play Store → profile → Play Protect → gear (settings), turn off “Scan apps with Play Protect,” open RDesk.apk again and tap Install, then turn scanning back on. Open RDesk, tap Start Agent and allow screen recording — that’s all screen viewing needs. To also control touch & keyboard remotely, tap Enable next to Remote Control (Input) and follow the in-app steps (if Android shows “Restricted setting,” open App info → ⋮ → Allow restricted settings first).
